Your First Visit To Stevens Creek Chiropractic

Dr. Levine will initially consult with you about your complaints, concerns, and your goals. You will complete a health history. We will ask about old injuries, chronic problems, and your current symptoms. What are your sensitive or painful areas? When did the pain start? What caused the pain? In addition, the doctor might inquire about your family history, dietary habits, job or work habits, and previous treatments for the current condition (chiropractic, osteopathic, medical, etc.).

We understand that this may be new to you and we will make every effort to make your first experience very comfortable. Our friendly staff and Dr. Levine will answer any questions and address any concerns you may have. It is our experience that the more you know about what we do the better you feel.

After reviewing your health history, the exam findings, x-ray or lab findings Dr. Levine will discuss his findings with you and his professional opinion of how your condition could best be treated.

Treatments will be tailored to your specific needs—addressing your specific health problems and personal concerns. In addition to adjustments, other therapies, massage techniques, or home may be recommended.
